These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Priceless Parenting, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the PricelessParenting.com site as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile site or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected (“site”).

Neither we, nor any of our employees, partners or owners shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever related to the use of this site. Any claim or cause of action arising out of, or related to, the use of the site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington regardless of where the site was accessed or the country of origin of the claimant.

Priceless Parenting is committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit our site and with whom we do business. We care about data privacy and security. Please be advised our site is hosted in the United States. If you access our site from outside the United States, you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

We respect your right to privacy. No Information given to us on this web site will be given out or sold.
